Poster Submission

The Poster proposal should be submitted by email at motion2015@sciencesconf.org before November 15, 2015.

It should include:

1. A Short Title
2. Author(s) - First name, Last name
3. Affiliation(s) - Institution, city and country (indicate which author belongs to which institution using the superscripts)
4. Abstract - the description of the poster should not exceed 250 words
5. Session Number - Indicate to which topic corresponds your poster
6. E-mail Address of the Corresponding Author

The acceptance of a poster will be communicated to the corresponding author within the two days following the submission.

Poster presentations:

A0 format (841 x 1189 mm) is an ideal poster size.

Furthermore, you should follow the common recommandations for posters, i.e., use large character as well as large symbol size. Finally, try to not overload with text because it should be a support for further discussions.

Keep in mind that no specific poster session is organized during the meeting, but the posters will be attached in the conference room and available during all the sessions and breaks for further discussions.
